1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by {{TITOLARE_RAGIONE_SOCIALE}} ({{TITOLARE_FORMA_GIURIDICA}}), with registered office at {{TITOLARE_SEDE_LEGALE}}, VAT number {{TITOLARE_PIVA}} (hereinafter "we" or the "Controller").
To contact us: {{TITOLARE_EMAIL_PRIVACY}}.
2. What these terms govern
These terms govern access to and use of the public website mayoeasyorder.com in all its language versions: the informational pages, the content you find on them and the path leading from the website to signing up for the service.
They do not govern use of the mayo service. The mayo application is hosted at a separate address (app.mayoeasyorder.com) and is governed by its own contractual terms, which are presented to you and which you accept at sign-up. These terms cease to apply the moment you leave the public website.
3. Acceptance
By accessing the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, we ask you not to use it. No registration is required in order to consult the website, and merely consulting it creates no contractual relationship whatsoever in respect of the mayo service.
4. What the website does
The website has an informational and promotional function: it describes mayo, the procurement platform for the food service sector whose promise is to make purchasing clear, controllable and verifiable, it illustrates its features, its plans and its use cases, and it provides you with a path to sign up.
The website is not the service: from here you cannot place orders, manage stores or access business data. It has no account area, no data collection forms and it sells nothing directly.
5. Informational content and absence of contractual commitment
The information published on the website — descriptions of features, examples of use, plans and prices indicated — is provided for illustrative purposes and constitutes neither an offer to the public nor a binding contractual proposal under the applicable law.
The commercial and functional terms that bind you are exclusively those of the contract you conclude when signing up for the service. In the event of any discrepancy between what you read on the website and what that contract provides, the contract prevails.
We endeavour to keep the content up to date and accurate, but the website describes an evolving product: features, plans and prices may change without notice.
6. Signing up: the transition to the application
The sign-up buttons on the website take you to app.mayoeasyorder.com. From that moment:
- the contractual terms of the service and the privacy notice of the application apply, not these;
- the account, the data you enter in it and the contractual relationship come into being there.
During that transition we pass on to the application certain information about the origin of the visit and your consent state: exactly what, and under which conditions, is described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The name mayo, the tagline Easy Order, the logos, the graphics, the texts, the images, the code and all other content of the website belong to the Controller or to the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may consult the website, print its pages and share links to it for personal or internal professional use. Without our written consent you may not:
- reproduce, adapt or distribute the content for commercial purposes;
- systematically extract content or data from the website;
- use the name or the trade marks in a manner liable to cause confusion as to their origin or as to any affiliation with us.
Third-party trade marks and names that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners.
8. Permitted use
We ask you not to:
- impair the operation, the integrity or the security of the website;
- attempt to access parts, systems or data that are not publicly accessible;
- use automated tools in a way that impairs the availability of the service for other visitors;
- publish or transmit through the website any unlawful content or content infringing the rights of others.
The website may be consulted by automated indexing tools and by conversational search agents within the limits set out in the robots.txt file published at mayoeasyorder.com/robots.txt.
9. Availability of the website
We do everything reasonable to keep the website reachable and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, modify or discontinue it, in whole or in part, including without notice, for maintenance, technical or security reasons.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the website, nor for reliance on the illustrative content referred to in article 5.
Nothing in this article excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for personal injury, nor any rights that the law grants to consumers on a mandatory basis.
11. Links to third-party websites
The website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control them and we are not liable for their content, their practices or their terms of use: when you follow them, the terms and notices of those websites apply.
12. Personal data and cookies
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; what is stored on your device is described in the Cookie Policy. Both are reachable from the footer of every page of the website and form an integral part of the information we owe you, without being contractual terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms in order to align them with changes to the website, to the services described or to the applicable law. The version published on this page is always the one in force, with the date of last update shown at the bottom. Amendments apply for the future and to access occurring after publication.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the State in which the Controller has its registered office, as indicated in article 1.
Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Controller has its registered office. If you are a consumer within the meaning of European law, the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts of the place of your residence or domicile remains unaffected, as do all rights that the law of your country of residence grants you on a mandatory basis.
15. Contact
For any communication relating to these terms you may write to {{TITOLARE_EMAIL_PRIVACY}}.
